This is mostly due to lack of experience of the entrepreneur and the insufficient support mechanisms for start-up companies.

SMEC helps individuals in finding business ideas, conducting feasibility studies for such ideas, accessing public support or private risk capital, training, as well as the proposed processes for the operation, management and monitoring of the enterprises.
